I live in Klaipeda, Lithuania and have a laptop hooked up to a set of Logitech 2. 1 speakers. They work fine most of the time but every few days (especially in the morning and early evening) there is a loud sound that bursts out of the speakers. Here is an example:

We have tried everything including unhooking the speakers from the computer, plugging them into a different wall socket, shielding the wires with tinfoil, and changing the powerbar.

I would appreciate any help with this. I have to listen to a radio local radio station that I don’t like simply because when I have my powered computer speakers on it comes through somehow. If I move the speaker wires it seems to get weaker, but it never goes away. It is very annoying, because I don’t really like the station’s music. In other words, I like rock music, but I have to listen to country! Can anyone help?!
