| I bought these because one of my speakers on my Acer laptop quit working though less than a year old. Did not want to send back to Acer due to usually always get a bunch of extra scratches, etc. when they work on something so I bought these and they are just great. I highly recommend as they are much stronger and better sounding than the laptop's integrated speakers. Very clear sounding with very good mid-range though not much bass. Buy them, you will like! |

| I really like these speakers. They're easy to pack for travel and the sound is great. I don't need music so loud it's deafening and these are plenty loud enough. |

Awesome sounding speakers! I picked these up so when I use my Macbook on trips to view a DVD, I can have better sound than
the speakers on my Macbook and Macbook Pro. These are excellent, and can be quite loud. Plug and Play, USB. The size
is about that of a soda can. You twist to expose wires, use, and then wrap up the wires on each speaker (You do have to
get it to fit all the way under the retainer, or they won't close properly, but this is not a problem). You line up
the arrows, snap together, and twist. DOne. Excellent buy. |
As good as inexpensive speakers get

I have had these for a few months now and thought they deserved a review.
They're great.
No, they don't fill up the room, but if you are listening to music when you work (or goof off), want to actually hear videos or VMs (I have a MacBook so you know what I mean) or like watching Netflix, you can get the sound plenty loud. In fact, I find myself turning it down sometimes.
I've taken them with me on trips and it's nice not needing a power cord or to find another outlet.
Question: What do you expect for your $25? If you are at all reasonable, you will be very pleased.
These were my 4th try at desktop speakers and I finally found what I wanted. Easy and solid performers. |
Exactly what I was looking for!!

| I've had these speakers since March, and I love them!! The sound quality is really very good, much better than I expected for the size and price, and while they won't blow you out of the room, they provide more than enough volume to comfortably watch movies and listen to music. The construction is solid, and the cones are well protected by rigid metal grilles. They easily lock together to the size of a soda can for travel, but it does take a minute to properly wrap each wire around its rubber spool.(Hint: After you wrap the wire, turn the rubber spool a little and the plug will go right in its slot.) Overall, I give these speakers a 4.5 out of 5 for clever design, good sound and great value! |
