I bought these Rocketfish RF-WS01 wireless stereo speakers after having a bad experience with:
Acoustic Research AW877 900 Mhz Indoor Wireless Speakers
These Rocketfish RF-WS01 speakers are good and they outperformed the Accosutic Research speakers. They have a good signal and generate little or no static. The sound quality is good but not excellent. I wish it can produce a greater frequency range, especially in the low range. Additionally, the Rocketfish RF-WS01 speakers are cheaper. The only bad things about Rocketfish RF-WS01 speakers are #1) the low volume and #2) they don't have a remote control. However, it is still a great product, especially for their price and the current state of the wireless technology. |
Great for low tech folks!

| Bought these because the kids go to bed early and the tv is too loud in the living room. We turn the tv volume off and set them on the sides of the sofa to listen quietly. I have an additional cord that I plug into the computer to listen to streaming radio - I put the speaker in any room I am working in. You can use batteries or plug it in. I have also plugged it into the stereo receiver and am looking forward to using the speakers outside. Haven't had any problems with range or sound yet! Easy to set up and use. Love this product! |

| We have a large living room and our TV is located in a cabinet. It has side speakers. We added these Rocketfish speakers and are totally satisfied with them. Good sound, easy to hook up and no complaints at all. Wish I would have done it months ago and glad that we did not do the much more expensive surround sound we had been looking into. This is a very basic but very good product. |

I've seen a number of negative reviews regarding volume on the RF-WS01. Mine arrived two days ago and I was very disappointed at first. So much so that I decided to sell them on eBay, with a notation about the lack of volume. To create a nice photo I hooked up the wireless sender to an MP3 player, and practically damaged my ear-drums. Here's what I learned: The Volume On The Music Source MUST Be Turned Up To Maximum, and then adjust the volume on the speakers.
I plan on keeping the speakers. They're very nice. |

| I hope you have better luck than me with these speakers as mine did not work and could not get my money back. Didn't know they took 16 C batteries or would have never bought. After spending $30.00 on on batteries all I got was a blinking red light but no sound. |
