My husband would like to set up some speakers on the porch and connect them to the computer. The speakers are standard with speaker wire positive and negative inputs. What kind of connection or device do I need to connect that to my audio outputs on my computer?

My dad has the speakers form the 90’s or 80’s, can’t remember, but I wanted to hook them up my computer, the speakers have a red and black wire coming out of them, the copper wire part if showing at the tip. Is there a way I can hook these up to my computer? Simple explained and detailed answers please,I’m not too good with speakers.
I have two speakers I’d like to connect to my computer. Each speaker has a pair of binding posts – a black (-) post and a red (+) post that will accept banana plugs or bare wire. I’m not sure of the simplest way to go from 3. 5mm stereo to two of these speakers.
Hi, I have a 5. 1 Logitech speakers connected to my computer. I want to connect this speaker to my TV. What kind of cable should I buy for this? And is it possible to do this.
Thanks,

So I just moved and the TV was my former roommates. I have a flat screen monitor that I do not have a computer to connect to– I just switched to a laptop and then the desktop died. So I have a monitor w/ no computer and a PS2 w/ no TV– can I put the two together? If I can, then the other issue is sound. I have external computer speakers but no other audio equipment. Is it just better just to wait until I can afford a TV? I’d like the playtation, but don’t really have much desire to buy a TV for it (not a huge TV fan anyway).
I am using the cable that has a monitor plug and 2 colored cables (red and white, which are audio) which cable would I need to connect these to head jack speakers ( computer speakers)
I need to connect computer speakers to my dvd player and my computer. So, i need the dvd player to play through the speakers and my computer to play through the speakers. Please Help!!!
I’m thinking about buying a 360, but I live in a dorm and don’t have a tv. I know I can use the vga cable to connect it to my computer monitor, but how can I connect computer speakers to the 360, preferably without involving my computer at all?
Thanks alot!
Is There An Adapter That Will Allow My Computer Speakers To Connect To My Tv That Has Digital Audio?
I dont know the terms so I’ll try my best to explain. I have these speakers and subwoofer that are made for connection to a computer. The speakers connect to the sub, and there’s one cable that connects to the audio port on my laptop. I have an “adapter” that allows me to connect that cable to my dvd player. So I can watch movies (or play videogames) on my tv while using the speakers, however, when I’m watching television channels, the speakers dont work.
Is there some kind of adapter that will allow me to hook that audio cable to digital output on my tv? Thanks.
